With significant public sector (department of insurance and NAIC) and private sector experience, Rector & Associates, Inc. (R&A) provides the following services to insurance regulators: Admission Applications Review R&A reviews admission applications on behalf of insurance departments. Insurance companies applying for admission can be given the choice of pursuing standard admission procedures or having an expedited review by R&A. The firm can review the admissions materials and make a recommendation to the regulator within the agreed-upon number of days. Fees for this review are paid by the applicant, but R&A works solely for the regulator and makes recommendations in accordance with the regulator’s established guidelines. Review of Form A and Form D Transactions The firm reviews Form A filings (change of control transactions) and Form D filings (affiliated party transactions) on behalf of regulators.
